As a Seattle native, Ann loves to share her enthusiasm for the Northwest with newcomers and residents alike. She has spent the bulk of her real estate career working in the green residential construction industry, where she oversaw the sales process of homes going to market. Through that experience, she garnered a wealth of transaction experience that along with her customer service acumen makes her a valuable broker in a competitive market. A special area of expertise that Ann shares is her knowledge of green building and new construction methods. Ann truly enjoys working with her clients to empower and educate them through the home buying and selling process. On her time off, Ann enjoys spending time with family and friends. Whenever she visits a new city, she’ll always do a yoga class, stop at a neighborhood coffee shop and visit a museum.
