Ian and Dustin helped us understand the challenges of selling our property which we discovered had some complications due to the way the city designated the land in the area. With that in mind, Dustin and Ian recommended a soil study be done to fully understand any construction restrictions.  With a good marketing strategy and price the property was sold in reasonable time and with no inconveniences to us.
